Dr. Daniel Cortes Treviño earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Leon in Mexico, graduating first in his class in 2012. He went on to complete his advanced prosthodontics residency at the University of Michigan where he received rigorous clinical and surgical training in implant dentistry, full-arch rehabilitation, esthetic restorations, and complex prosthodontic care. Dr. Cortes is a Board-Certified Prosthodontist, having earned Diplomate status from the American Board of Prosthodontics. In addition, he has served as an Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University, where he contributed to the education of residents within the Division of Restorative Sciences and Prosthodontics.

Dr. Vasir Momin is a board-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon who received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2012. Additionally, Dr. Momin completed his oral & maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Chicago in 2018. As a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Dr. Momin is a published researcher in the field of reconstructive surgery. Dedicated and caring, Dr. Momin volunteers his time to health outreach efforts and educational opportunities. Dr. Momin is a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Dental Association and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
