From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast, we set out to craft scratch-made comfort food, with a modern twist. We promise to bring you fresh-cracked eggs. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and never serve you some previously frozen puck of dough. ehhh very pricey, not a lot of variety, no vegan options from what I could tell. Coffee was good, biscuits were undercooked.

Plenty of free parking in the lot. Food came out hot and quickly. The gravy was so so good. The restaurant was clean and well laid out.

One breakfast order served as a biscuit rather than the taco that was ordered. Both biscuits had a slice of cold cheese which did not melt because the bacon, egg and biscuit was lukewarm at best.

I took my family here when it first opened and the food was fresh and delicious. We went today and the food look like something someone made in there home kitchen.. hash bowl seemed barely cooked....
