HistoryI developed Prescriptive Fitness Programs to offer everyone everywhere a flexible innovative approach to healthy living. I believe that Strength Training, Pilates, and Yoga, are the three key elements to the achievement of optimal well-being. In my personal life, I blended the age-old passion for athleticism with the mind, body, and spiritual aspects of yoga, and clean eating. I hope to impart you with my knowledge so that you too can be in great physical shape! My method is fresh, easily accessible, and multi-faceted. I'm an ISSA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, PMA Certified Pilates Teacher, Yoga Alliance 200 RYS Certified Yoga Teacher, NASM Certified Nutritionist, NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist, and Certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. I have been teaching nutrition and fitness for 13 years. I've had my own business specializing in one on one personal training for more than 6 years.SpecialtiesPrescriptive Fitness Programs is a daily fitness program for you to follow from 4wks to 12 wks. They include a minimum of 5 Private Personal Training sessions to go through the program with you. They give you a clear fitness goal for you to practice on your own time and/or with your trainer. This allows you to learn, see and track your skills and experience by having an easy to follow step by step daily fitness and diet program. Prescriptive Fitness Programs are emailed in PDF form or can be set up in a binder, for an additional fee. Prescriptive Fitness Programs come with an impressive amount of knowledge and experience support that you receive in one on one for years to come. New Prescriptive Fitness Programs are recommended every 4 to 12 weeks based on how well you are performing the programs. They should be used for no less than 4 wks and no longer than 12 wks. They allow for different level's, budgets, and availability. There are many fitness programs you can find just about anywhere books, online information, and videos. The problem is you don't get any additional kind of support and if you're doing the programs wrong you risk no results or even worst personal injury. They include; Diet Plan and cooking instruction Warm-Up Routine Cool-Down & Stretching Routine Cardio Routines Exercise Techniques for Home & Workout Facilities Anatomy & Physiology Theories 60 min. Private Training Sessions in person or online.
