We'll introduce you to hydrodynamics, breath technique, and perfect body mechanics in freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke, and backstroke. We teach survival strokes, flip turns, and treading water, too. At Makara, we love working with groups and children as much as adults. Your first lesson is free.
