Since 2005, Main Street Urgent Care, formerly Boerne Acute Care Center, has been committed to providing the Texas Hill Country with a convenient, cost effective alternative to the emergency room for the care of non-life threatening illnesses and injuries. Our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing the most competent & compassionate medical care having labs, X-Ray and EKG's available to them on site. We care for all ages and accept most major insurance and credit cards.
