Started service last summer. They quoted a price and told me if I did not use them six times I would pay a penalty. I never heard such but I planned to use the full summer and approved that rule....

I asked if they could mow every other week since I broke my leg and my wife will still need to pooper scoop and can mow every other week. They don't offer ANY option every other week. Inflexible.
