Terrible business. Not trustworthy and a liar! Took a family antique mantel clock to her to get an estimate to fix it...never saw it again! She even gave me a claim ticket. Time and time again...

Took a cockoo clock for repair, could never get an answer nor find shop open. Once I threatened to sue cuckoo clock was returned up repaired after her having for almost a year.
