I lived at MacArthur Ridge from Jan 2015 until Sept 2015. I give the apartment one star because of the front office staff. The apartment manager is really cool, and she was always really helpful....

Avoid this place like the plague. Very old apartments. You can hear everything your upstairs neighbor does. The complex was clean, but not at ALL worth the price. They tried up up my rent 11%...
