Ok wow.. Just read some of the other reviews and I truly disagree! I'm not a fan of apartment life because everything I own burned down once and a disgruntled maintenance guy robbed my place...

Communication is not a strong point at MAA Grapevine, where they struggle to put together basic sentences. This is a recent correspondence the residents received. Like did a preschool student...

As somebody who has a family member with Down Syndrome, I find it uplifting that MAA Grapevine would employ a girl like Ashley Grody, whose developmental disorder is inspiring to those around her....

MAA Grapevine lets their maintenance workers smoke cigarettes on the job. So if you put in a maintenance request, your apartment will smell like smoke for several weeks afterward. Disgusting....

I lived at MAA Grapevine for years, and every day was worse than the one before. One hour here is too much. Don't even tour -- run to the next property. They don't care about there residents!
