I took my vehicle there for service and i heard "mike" the one with the long hair calling one of their customers the N "nigga" word when he walked away. It was rude and this is the 21st century....

I was quoted $1000.00 (at the most $1200.00) to do a list of things to my car and told it would take 2 weeks to complete. He had my car 3 months and tried to charge me $1500.00 for an incomplete...
