My package has been sitting in their location for 11 days. They keep changing delivery date on their tracking site and no package comes. They never answer their phone. Pathetic service.

I am baffled as to why Nordstrom utilizes this company for their deliveries. The service is absurd - one cannot track a package as the tracking provides no information on the package whereabouts....
