This a hidden gem in Longview, Texas if you want a variety of authentic Mexican food. I had the Pollo Ranchero plate with corn tortillas.

This location gets 5 stars from me!! Spotted it on Yelp and decided to try it out on our road trip. We walked in and were a little confused first whether to order them sit or sit and be waited on....
