We are a brand new gym, or fitness facility, in Waller, Texas. We opened in late July 2015. Since opening, our trainers have gained experience in working with the classes and are very knowledgeable with what they do. We keep building more to the facility in hopes that in the future we will have anything that anybody possibly asked for.
Gym with specialty in cross training and sports training. We have hour class sessions, each one with a coach that will coach the group you are working out with. Nobody gives judgement and it gives off a great family environment. You basically have a personal trainer at a fraction of the price a regular personal trainer would cost. Customers love the fact that they come in and everything they will be doing that day is prepared already. There is no more going to the gym and sitting around for equipment, or sitting around wondering what you will be doing that day for your workout. Classes only last an hour and you always feel like you accomplished something and you are getting in your car to go do what you need to do. Best thing is we have something for everybody! Cross Training is a big part of what we are, but we also have weight lifting, Yoga classes, Zumba classes, Bootcamp classes, a half court basketball court, and 4 batting cages. One membership fee gives you access to everything listed at anytime during the month you would like, as well as multiple times a day if wanted. We have no contracts and it is just a daily fee to use the equipment, or the one time/one month membership.
