Free help in civil matters to those with very low incomes. We do not have enough staff to help everyone. Phone intake hours: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM M-F except holidays. No criminal cases. Case types: public education, consumer, home ownership, landlord-tenant, public benefits and family law.
