Live More Stress Less Training was started back in 2014. The vision was to help people mentally and physically be healthy. I thought about doing Personal Training after i had my own transformation. I was depressed and not happy about my body. So one day i told myself that it was time for a change. I had always thought i was in decent shape but i never ate healthy. So i started to eat healthy and exercised 5 -6 times a week. I used to do 2 days a week. So with that increase of exercising and nutrition, i worked my body from 240 pounds to 185 pounds in a year and a half. People started to take notice and began asking me for advice and tips. My journey led to me wanting to be a Personal Trainer and help people.
