I have been at their Wimberley branch for over a year now, and I have to say that this is the worst experience with a doctor/staff I've ever had. So pissed off now, so will detail my experience later.

Horrible billing/admin staff - they need to get their stuff together. When you say, "I'll call you back", maybe you should actually call patients back. Great physicians, but horrible front desk...
