owner is rude, disrespectful, cuts corners with work. there is mold in some of the rooms where kids play in or do therapy. not very hippa complient. most of the time no one knows whose in charge...

The office in Los Fresnos is very disrespectful and hangs up without letting you speak. If it is not at their convenience, then they will mistreat you like you're not a client.
