I never received my order, I left simple instructions and they couldn't follow them, I need a refund because I never received my food, I didn't get a call or anything.

I feel sorry for the people who work at this place, thus the two stars rather than one, except for the manager. If management doesn't care then why should the workers. I've never had a problem...
