It'd be nice if they ever answered the phone so you can place an order. All the years it's been running they have never picked up the call. A lot of people that I know also complained about that....

This place has got to be the worst customer service business. The staff looks dirty and and unkept. Every time you go in there it's a guaranteed 30 to 40 min wait. They do not even acknowledge you...
