We stayed 5 nights. It's by the fwy but quiet at night. Very friendly staff! Pool was in need of tlc but I went in it felt great. Lots of trees and dog friendly.

This location is now closed. It will more than likely become a victim of the growth and expansion N Tx is experiencing.

It's permanently closed, the land sold for development. It should be taken off Yelp and search engines so people don't go there expecting a park.

Permanently closed. Never again! Not a resort, it's a rundown basic RV park. Way overpriced, they don't offer anything. No Wifi, sewage smell throughout the park, loud highway noise.
