Life Ki-do strengthens children, teens, and adults inside and out. Fueled by martial arts and our unique Tools for Life system, students learn to connect their body, breath and brain developing focus and mindfulness, confidence and resilience, relaxation skills to deal with stress and anxiety, empathy and kindness, as well as a strong, safe body. Life Ki-do offers martial arts classes for ages 3-adult at locations near you in Westlake and South Austin and has been voted Best Afterschool Activity by The Austin Chronicle.
