The tax preparer doesn't actually know anything about taxes. She couldn't answer simple questions and charged us over $300 to file. The refunds take sooo long to arrive! Never again!

Filed the first of Feb and it's now almost may and still haven't received my tax return. They said this is happening to a lot of others but no one else had said any other place had this problem....
