never answer their phone have to drive up there just to ask a question. this is sop for Leslie's. understaff and over work employees there are a lot of pool stores that are much more responsive...

Terrible management and horrible return policy. I bought a 609 dollar pool cleaner. it stopped working after 3 weeks and they won't replace. making me go through Polaris which will take weeks....
