I've been sitting outside of Leon nails for ONE hour. They say they open at 9:00, sometimes the internet likes to list it as 9:30 am. Either way, it's now 10:10 am and there is no one to be found....

I called about 45 minutes before they closed. I was able to get in. I chose the hot stone pedicure. It also included a sugar scrub, that felt great! I did have trouble choosing my polish color....
