History

In 2005, a vision was born in Rome with an idea to create an establishment in Houston that brought back to a life an old fashioned idea from a period in time where children of all ages came together, the Ice Cream Parlor. It was a legendary place that created a sense of excitement and happinesss for all who walked through the front door. It was a place where you always felt welcome because you were treated, not only as a guest, but as member of the family who owned it. The Owners knew your name & they knew your story. It built a sense of community, provided laughter and created lasting friendships all while eating your favorite cold treat. This time around, the Parlor is going mobile serving the best handcrafted Gelato and Sorbet Popsicles this side of Texas.
