LensCrafters

Some people (myself included) often think of choosing a new pair of glasses as a "chore" more than anything else. That was not the case this year, when we went to the Flower Mound Lenscrafters....

This LensCrafters locations does not have enough help. It takes approximately 45 minutes to wait on a customer for glasses. I expect to wait about that long, per person, if others are ahead of me....

Four clerks no customers and they can't give you the time of day. I wasn't wondering why they had a 2.3 Review, now I no. I had to walk out and take my business to "personaleyes" on Lakeside....

I just wanted to browse frames peacefully.. Unwelcoming and judgmental staff. Don't even bother, just go to Pearle Vision or Americas Best for a quality experience where the staff treats you like...
