Terrible patient wait times. I always wait a while to see Dr. Lemez but today I've waited an hour and counting. Very flawed system. When I do see her I don't feel that I'm being listened to....

very bad bedside manner. called for refills on medications, she informed me that i needed to schedule an appointment to see her and if i didn't agree i could find another doctor.
