Absolutely delicious fried artichokes. If I were rich, I'd eat them every day. Lovely little spot, extremely kind and attentive staff, and nice ambiance.

Upscale Vietnamese? Why not? Le Emperor fits the bill with a stylish dining room and a menu that might be fine dining in Saigon. Presentation counts here and everything ordered was picturesque....
