The Law Offices of James R. Davis were established in 1998 to protect the rights of individuals and curtail the abuse of the State and employers. We have routinely fought the D.A., the U.S., the State of Texas and large companies throughout Texas to prevent abuse against consumers, employees and citizens. In 1997 he graduated from the Texas Tech School of Law and has been in private practice for many years. We are accepting cases in federal employment law, criminal law and complex family law matters.
