History

The journey toward Laura Jack Coaching- Light After Loss began when my mom died in 2008. It started when I moved back to the States to Seattle from Panama to go to massage school. Massage therapy led me to learn the importance of self- care and holistic health. I found the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a certified holistic health coach. Health coaching led me to deeper transformational work with the Transformational Coaching Method. Early in my journey of transformational coaching I realized that I wanted to support other people who had experienced loss in their lives and were ready to get their light back. Thus, Light After Loss was born. Now I work with people specifically in the Grief Recovery Method and the LIGHT method to help them transform their lives from surviving to thriving.

When life feels hard, we feel like we have exhausted our resources, and doing it alone seems scary. Having a coach who can walk alongside you on your journey can be a lifesaver. As the owner of The Compassion Code Academy, Laura Jack provides transformational coaching experiences to help those who are struggling with compassion fatigue, over-giving and perfectionism to heal wounds that are keeping them stuck. Each person who wants to participate in this healing journey enrolls in an experience that has the results that they want to achieve.
