Las Brisas Casual Bistro was designed to be a true upper end seafood experience. Our chefs have developed fresh fish dishes with influences from around the country and the world. Las Brisas Casual Bistro is based in West Texas and offers dining experiences in our unique areas of the restaurant. In fine dining you will find white tablecloth service with candlelight, in the martini bar you can dine in a cosmopolitan big city atmosphere. In the lounge you can enjoy dinner with live music, on the patio you will find an open air upscale patio with nine foot open fire pits, couches, and chairs to enjoy an end of the night glass of wine or a cocktail by the fire.
