I discovered Laredo Taco Company many years ago when I would travel across the highways and byways of Texas selling oil and gas software twice a year in what we called our Waltzes Across Texas....

Don't be fooled. This isn't really a real Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant. It's a gas station that happens to serve up some tacos. It's a Stripes, which has/had some affiliation with Valero...
