Lakeside Taxi and Transportation

History

Unknowingly, our business began years before we even met each other, let alone before we married. In the early 2000's, I was working in the wine and spirits industry, and my husband was moonlighting as a taxi driver during spring break while he was in the Airforce. Jump almost 20 years later and a life on the lake, we noticed a desperate need in the area - a taxi service. As a summer destination with bars on every corner, you can imagine the danger that not having transportation options besides your friends or family can pose. In the interest of having fun and doing so safely, we created Lakeside Taxi and Transportation. We are here to serve the community and to help keep the roads safe. And, while our immediate inspiration was the bar and night scene, we also recognize the need for daytime transportation as well. No matter whether you are calling us at 2am for a ride home or 1pm for a trip to drop off and, later, pick up of your car at the shop, we are at your service.
