Bad front desk staff. Emailed me for an appointment. I emailed back to confirm. When I show up, she didn't even say sorry for her fault.

Dr Tajong seems to have a lot of experience in what he does and is professional in most respects - so 5 stars there. I deducted 3 stars due to extremely long wait times for scheduled appointments....
