History
We started in the homes of clients teaching Exotic Aerobics and then went to Missouri City Community Center and from there we have taught at several other facilities in and out of Houston, TX. We offer serveral fitness classes and programs catered to women such as : Operation Super Sexy, Pole Fitness, Boot Camps, Exotic Aerobics and much more. We are celebrating our 1st year anniversary at our new studio location on June 16, 2012 with new additions of offering classes to kids and providing healthy to-go meal.s

Adult Classes/ Workshops: Boot Camps, Exotic Aerobics, Pole Fitness, Operation Super Sexy, Zumba, Mke It Clap and more. Kids classs: Intro to Ballet, Cheer Dance and Creative Movement & Dance. We also have delicious, healthy meals to-go catered from Kismet Kreations and FUEL Kitchen and Health Bar.

Bootcamp by Edrina kicks butt. You truly get what you put into it like all programs but this one is with a fun group of people and Edrina is the added bonus to it all, she keeps you in line.
