This is a must visit in the small town of LaCoste. The jerky is amazing and so is the parisa and dried sausage. We also get our deer sausage processed here and they do an amazing job. The staff is...

Some of the best sausage I've ever had. The dried sausage was dried the way it oughta be dried super dry had a really great flavor. Also look like old style dried sausage are you dry the hell out...
