10/10 blood draw - felt absolutely nothing to the point where I didn't even know he began the draw. I will be coming back

Phil was very nice and had no problem with my small horrible veins! I'm always very nervous about that, but to my surprise getting my blood drawn was a smooth and painless process!

The new technician there is fantastic! So much better than the last one. They've made a big improvement hiring him.

They got rid of the rude, terrible woman that was just awful. The lady I had today was great. I'm not going to dread that awful experience any longer, as I come regularly. Thank you!!!!
