After checking in and waiting 30 minutes, when I was finally called I was told there "wasn't enough time" to collect my sample before pickup. Not really my problem, but they also didn't solve it....

After checking in, I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. At that point, I inquired at the desk and they said it would be at least another 15-30 minutes. I said I had to return to work...
