DRUG COLLECTION URINE SPECIMENS hrs: 8:30-4pm M-F Yea it doesn't say that on their website, nor google or apple maps. Just says it on the door if you get there right at 730 am when they open....

They never pickup their phones. The expeirence here in general is never good. I feel the service / quality should be better than it is. Not sure if I'd recommend this place, maybe go to Quest.

If I could give this no stars I would. The phlebotomist threw one of the tubes of blood into the sharps container with the needle still attached. Then tried to get it back out of the sharps...

Why don't they include the drug screen hours on their site? I lost a job opportunity because of this lack of clarity. Front staff could also have been kinder as that was not nice news to hear from...
