Spent six thousand on two chairs a couple months ago. Both need service for different reasons. Service does not answer the phone and now we are having to wait six weeks before they get assessed....

I would pick 0 stars if i could. Furniture does not work correctly, Store manager looked down here nose at me and said there was nothing she could do. "Call customer service" worthless.
