I had a terrible experience. I was in my room alone and heard my door fly open without a knock or greeting. The door just closes and nobody says anything. I am freaking out because I am all alone....

This was among the worst hotel stays we have ever had, and it was on my birthday! At first glance, it appears this place has been recently renovated. Everything appeared and smelled clean....
