This place is uber-shady. As in, don't leave your aura unlocked in the parking lot. But the bakery is DIVINE. If you can't get to La Mexicana Bakery on South First, this will do in a pinch.

I love little mexican markets. I ventured outside of my already stuffed to the gills with mexican markets neighborhood to try this "houston" chain. It was... mediocre. Nothing you wouldn't find...

As far as a cheep place to get some good grub, this is "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" I got two tacos (one chicharron and one pollo), a "res with papa gordita, and a topo chico por six dollars....
