This lady messed up my hair. I stayed at the salon from 7 pm to 1 am (I was supposed to be there at 6 but the stylist was behind). She was trying to do me and another lady's hair at the same time....

Came in for a cut and partial highlight. The hairdresser said my hair was too damaged to add any more bleach so she decided not to carry out the highlight that I originally came in and asked for....
