KTEN, also referred to as K-TEN or KTEN News, is the National Broadcasting Company affiliate located in Ada, Okla. The station also serves surrounding communities in Oklahoma and Texas. KTEN's main studio is in Denison, Texas. The station also has a bureau in Ardmore. The station also has one of the largest television towers in the state of Oklahoma, located in Bromide, Okla. The station signed on the air in 1954 and began as an affiliate of the American Broadcast Company. KTEN produces its own news programs, which air daily at 5:30 a.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
