History

I took over this business from Boat Guys who had been running it for almost 20 years. Our Chief Mechanic worked for Boat Guys for 15 years and has a personal relationship with many of our customer base. During our first year of operations we have served more than 150 customers, new and old, and performed almost 300 service and repair jobs. Located directly on the water at SH Walden Marina G-Dock North, you sail in and we service your boat without need for trailer/ramp etc. We have six slips with lifts, work shop and office. Lake test after diagnosis and repairs is standard procedure and easy for us. Our Chief Mechanic has more than 15 years experience with boat repairs Remember - Winterization is also about preservation of engine and fuel system for storage. Manufacturers recommend oil services every year or after100hrs and rubber impeller replacement every 2nd year (or after 200hrs, whatever comes first. Many engine major issues could have been prevented if these recommendations were followed. Propeller hits sand and sand is sucked up in cooling system which may reduce lifetime of impeller.
