HistoryThe business started originally in Virginia Beach in 2007. In 2008 I moved to Amarillo, Texas only to find out that the Texas food laws prohibited me from continuing my business. In 2013 the Texas Cottage Food law was change to include candies and chocolates. The next year I started selling my jams, marmalades, fruit sauces, pickles and baked goods at the Golden Spread Farmer's Market in Amarillo. I also began selling at some of the local arts and crafts shows.SpecialtiesI make artisan chocolates and candies, jams, marmalades, fruit sauces and pickles; and cakes and cookies made with gluten free flours.
