Always having a passion for cooking, Chef Lori earned her degree in Culinary Arts and served as the Executive Chef at a medical facility for 2 years. Wanting to do more actual cooking than the hospital offered, she decided to purchase this business, create and update the menu and offer weekly specials from a take-out store front concept. In addition, catering services are offered from small to large events.

The rolls were great! However, the king ranch chicken was just completely mush when we heated it up. I wasn't even able to eat it. Totally mush and not much flavor at all.
