Awful phone service I called many times and left voice messages and no body calls back Lousy customer service if you have a choice go elsewhere

This practice has gone extremely downhill. They never answer the phone so you can never get an appointment unless you dial the receptionist. You only get to see a PA or NP, rarely a doctor....

Dont waste your time here. I saw nurse practitioner Lorena Jiminez. If you have anything wrong other than a cough or cold, they dont have time for you. I was literaly told that i had too many...
