King's Blu Jam Café is a small family owned café in Spring that specializes in home-made Southern style food. The menu features southern favorites like chicken n waffles, shrimp and grits, biscuits and gravy, jambalaya, creole style seafood and more straight from Louisiana. Our breakfast menu features eggs of any style and several different benedicts. Try the Ms Marguerites specialties for a taste of New Orleans, just like mamaw used to make. Our homey atmosphere, friendly staff and menu provide a refreshing change from the cloney chain restaurants. We also have Keto friendly deserts and entrees for our Keto friends.
