Meat was very tender and smoked right. No oven cooked meat. Only thing I would suggest if anything would be better desert selection

Big servings, good taste and a fair price. I would not make a special trip to come back but if I worked on area would do so. Brisket and ribs were tasty. Dirty rice and ranch potato's also good.
